Skagit Design has partnered with True Built Home to provide a new home for a very reasonable cost. Some of these homes can be found on this website at our "Plans" page. The majority can be found at True Built Home's site.
True Built Home has many standard plans to choose from. However, we also know that there is no "one size fits all" in a home plan.
We are happy to modify a True Built Home plan to fit your personal needs. We can often do this at a fairly minimal cost and keep the home in the same pricing structure as a standard True Built Home.
We are also able to design a plan from your ideas and our experience. This may be the best fit for you and your unique situation. Often times we can keep these more custom homes within the same pricing structure as a standard True Built Home.
If you would like us to design your home for you to have you or your contractor build it, we are happy to do that as well. We do not contract out the design work, but design here in our Burlington office. You are able to meet with your designer and discuss your needs as well as provide input throughout the design process. We can also have your home engineered by a licensed Washington State engineer. We will provide documents and plans for you to take to your local permit center to get your building permit.
