We are happy to modify a plan to fit your needs. We can often do this at a fairly minimal cost and keep the home in the same pricing structure as our standard homes.
We are also able to design a plan from your ideas and our experience. This may be the best fit for you and your unique situation. Often times we can keep these custom homes within the same pricing structure as our standard homes.
If you would like us to design your home for you, and have you or your contractor build it, we are happy to do that as well. We do not contract out the design work, but do it in our Burlington office. Thus, you are able to meet with your designer and discuss your needs as well as provide input throughout the design process. We can also have your home engineered by a licensed Washington State engineer. We will provide documents and plans for you to take to your local building office to get your building permit.
