All our homes are built to the new, more stringent building and energy codes. Your home will provide a warm happy place to live for as long as you choose to live there.

When you purchase a home from us, we try to make it as simple as possible.
Our price includes enough foundation for a level piece for land. The house is then built on that foundation. It is framed with 2x6 studs and modern conventional construction techniques. It is finished complete with cabinets, carpets, sinks, toilets, roofing, gutters, etc.
What isn't included? We try to be very clear on that, here are some of those items;
- Paint, interior and exterior. We work with you to coordinate when these tasks need to be accomplished. Or you can have us do it for a reasonable price.
- Site development work. You are responsible to hire your excavator and have water, septic/sewer, power, etc brought to the site. We do manage the project for these things, however.
- Appliances
- Exterior steps, porches, sidewalks
- Permit costs
As is mentioned, we try to be VERY clear on what our program is. We will outline on paper what your costs will be for the entire project. We understand this is a very large purchase and you need all the information possible. Please don't hesitate to ask for a no obligation quote.
Why our home instead of a Manufacured?
The final outcome of building with us is you get a very nice home for a very similar or even lower cost than a manufactured home. We work hard to make sure you understand your costs and responsibilities. Our price includes many things that would be an extra cost with a factory built home. We include the foundation, the power meter etc. We try very hard to make sure you don't have any hidden "set up" charges.
Beyond those things, to build our site built, stick built home, it may only take 90 days. So, time is similar. We ask that you give us a call and see for yourself.
